- We provide lifetime warranty for all products purchased from us. Any inconvenience you encounter while using Hoverella, shall be resolved by us. We will bear the repair charges, along with expenses borne on posting and transporting the product to our centres will be borne completely by us.
- You may register your grievances online on our Consumer Information Forum, via telephone, on any of our social media pages. Just leave a contact number or email address, and we'll get back within 20 hours.
- Our customisation function lets you mix and match the features, sizes and styles of the product and include only those functions that you desire. With the customisation and flexibility, you’re bound to find your perfect fit.
- We offer replacement and refund facilites within seven days of delivery.
