Q.Where all are production centers located?

We have two production plants, one in Fatehsara, Rajasthan, and another in Ramapuram, Tamil Nadu. These large-scale production units meeting the entire global consumer demand.

Q. Is my product being efficiently processed? In how long can I expect to have it delivered?

We’re on it! We’re up, working on your Hoverella, getting you only the very best. Your product will reach you within 5-8 days, but here’s where it now is.

Online Purchases

Day 1-4:

As you place order for your product- be it standardised or custom-made, the request gets registered in our centralised, online order processing application.

Based on if it is a domestic or foreign order, the order is handled by the Rajasthan and the Tamil Nadu center respectively.

Parts of custom-made orders take 3 days to be assembled, and the product is ready for shipment within 4 days. Standardised products, on the other hand, will be shipped within 2 days. In this time, your product is correctly identified, packaged, and information regarding size, gross and net weight, quantity, product type, date of shipment, details of buyer, destination, etc, are taken note of in our system.

Day 4-5:

Then, we finally see off your products, before handing them to the care of Blue Dart, a renowned logistics company, to which we outsource the task
of warehousing, transportation and physical distribution.

Day 5-8:

Blue Dart then ship the products to the destination city either by train, trucks or by aeroplane (for those orders that solicit speedy delivery). Upon arrival, the products get sent to depots of various zones, from where the home delivery process is initiated.

Q. How do physically sold umbrellas reach me?

Even if you’re using our store-bought umbrella, that haven’t purchased it online, you may still be interested in finding out how the product reaches you.

Our products, continuously made, (quantity is determined on the basis of our empirical demand forecasted) are transferred to our agents, who sell the products to wholesalers, who further sell to retailers. We adopt this three-level delivery channel so that we can make our products ubiquitously and abundantly available, at a store near you.

Either wholesalers arrange for the transport of the products, or we deliver it to their stores, with the help of our friends at Blue Dart.

We also avail the warehousing services of Blue Dart, and all our products are transported from our factories to their storage units, so that we can efficiently produce to the full capacity of our factories, without worrying about shortage of space.
